Daniella Lamarre is a board-certified adult-gerontology nurse practitioner with thirteen years of nursing experience behind her — first as an RN across home care, primary care, and sub-acute settings, then, after earning her master’s in nursing administration and her AGNP degree from South University, as a nurse practitioner herself. She has cared for patients through Curana Health, Neighborhood Health Plan, and UMass Memorial, work that spanned acute and chronic illness, mental health and substance use support, and the kind of health risk assessments that mean really getting to know a patient.
None of it changed what she noticed: patients rushed through appointments, leaving without a clear understanding of their own health. Becoming a nurse practitioner, to her, was always about more than treating illness — it was about building lasting relationships with the people she serves.
I created Primary Providers because I wanted patients in Marlborough, Massachusetts and across the state to experience primary care the way it should be: personal, accessible, and centered around their needs.
