Patients call her “Lenny.” She is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with more than 20 years of experience. She has worked in emergency rooms, urgent care clinics, and post-anesthesia units. Her career has taken her through MedStar Health, Adventist Healthcare, HCA Healthcare, and UVA Health, across Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C.
Her nursing career started in the Philippines. There, caring for elders is part of caring for family. That idea still shapes how she practices medicine. She later trained at George Washington University to build a home-based model, so she could give patients real care in their own homes.

Provita Home Health brings geriatric care home.
Provita Home Health is a home-based primary care practice for homebound seniors. It serves Montgomery County and parts of Prince George’s, Howard, and Southern Maryland. Guillana sees every patient at home or by telehealth, and patients see the same clinician every time.
